“Working for White Castle has given me the opportunity to collaborate with so many of our team members that are of different races, have different beliefs and are part of the LQBTQ community. I love that we accept that it’s ok for us to be different. This has made me become more open-minded to ideas and beliefs and really molded me to be of acceptance and limit my unconscious bias.”

“In 2003, I was adopted into the White Castle Family. Between 2003-2005, I was a Team Member, Crew Manager and Assistant General Manager before getting promoted to Regional Tech Manager. Being a young Hispanic promoted to this position was both exciting and intimidating to be working alongside regional and senior level management. However, everyone made me feel welcomed and a part of the team. Over the past 19 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside people of many different ethnicities and experience how diverse White Castle is.”
