What is one thing you love most about working at White Castle?
Our community involvement. I enjoy bringing the large grills out into the community to cook Sliders. We also collect donations for local animal shelters, volunteer at community events, and deliver food to organizations like the animal shelter staff, police stations, and fire departments. Being able to connect with and give back to the community makes working at White Castle very rewarding.

What makes our famous Sliders so deliciously Craveable? Some would say it’s our iconic square hamburger patties. Others would point to our delicious, fresh-baked buns. Still, others would claim it’s the commitment to quality products and service that goes into creating every product we serve. The truth is… they’re all right.
Our bakeries and meat processing plants produce over 50 million buns and 30 million pounds of meat annually. And our retail foods division is top-notch at delivering that same delicious White Castle taste to millions of Cravers in their own homes each year. It’s all proof that our kingdom of careers extends well beyond the Castle walls. In fact, we’re always looking for dedicated team members to join our Bakery Division, Meat Processing Plants, and Retail Foods Division.
Safety & Culture
The safety of our team members comes first. We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, and we’re working toward OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) certification by the end of 2030.
