The Evendale Bakery is looking to fill an opening for the Lead Sanitor position. This position is to direct, train and work with sanitors to maintain a clean and pest free facility that is compliant with FDA regulations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED is required;
• Completion of an AIB sanitation course and maintain a pest control license;
• Troubleshoot and diagnose pest control, cleaning and production problems;
• Direct, train and motivate team members;
• Must be flexible to work hours to meet the needs of the plant, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; and
• Ability to successfully complete on-the-job training.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Organize parts inventories and related areas;
• Pest control, record cleaning frequencies, update master cleaning schedule, perform food plant inspections and quality control inspection of the entire production process;
• Schedule, direct and organize sanitation duties. Train sanitors in equipment and factory clean-up procedures. Direct production work and train production operators;
• Ensure documentation is FDA and AIB compliant;
• Maintain sanitation supplies inventory control;
• Maintain and follow all company safety rules and ensure all Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF and HACCP program requirements are followed by all team members and contract labor.
